As Co-Owners with over 60 years of combined experience in this industry, Jason, Jennifer, & Tim will continue to keep the established Mark IV family business values that you have come to know and expect, well into the future.
Jennifer Ritchie
Jennifer Ritchie is the Office Manager at Mark IV Heating & Cooling. If you have called Mark IV in the last 20 plus years, you have probably spoken with her. Jennifer believes in making sure Mark IV is the company you call for all your HVAC needs. She grew up on the southside and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana State University. Jennifer enjoys going to the movies, reading, and spending time at the dog park with her fur baby, Buster. In fact, stop by the shop and say hello to Buster & Jennifer!
Jason Loudenback
Jason Loudenback is the Service Manager at Mark IV Heating & Cooling. Jason believes in making sure your equipment is running the best it can by giving honest assessments of your equipment, even if it’s not good news. Jason attended ITT Tech for HVAC, and he is Trane Factory trained, Mitsubishi trained “Diamond Dealer”, Manitowoc Ice Machine Factory trained.
He also attends several continuing education seminars each year. Jason is currently studying to obtain his HVAC Master License for the City of Indianapolis. He loves the challenge of repairing equipment and making the customer happy. Jason is a lifelong Southsider and has recently picked up playing golf.
Tim Roller
Tim D. Roller II is Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Mark IV Heating & Cooling. Tim believes in giving customers the best equipment for their comfort at a good price. He is a graduate of Ben Davis High School and the College of Hard Knocks. His goal is to grow Mark IV Heating & Cooling’s sales and customer base.
Tim started at Mark IV fresh out of High School as a helper and grew into working in the field, repairing residential and commercial refrigeration to the customer’s satisfaction. Tim is the force behind the duct cleaning arm of Mark IV Heating & Cooling and is trained in Mitsubishi, Manitowoc Ice Machines, & a Certified Trane Comfort Specialist. He enjoys watching his kids play sports, riding ATV’s, and is active in the Mooresville Masonic Lodge.
